    - Your best way to contact us is through email at We monitor our emails service 24 hours a day. But, due to high volume sales, we ask that you allow up to 24 hours for us to respond.

    - All orders ship for a flat fee of $3.00
  • Do you offer Priority Mail?
    - Yes we do offer 2-3 days priority mail for a flat fee of $7

    - We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express or you can choose to pay through PayPal.. We can't accept any other forms of payment.
  • Do you offer overnight shipping?
    - Yes we do offer overnight shipping on selected styles, please send us an email for the styles you want for a flat fee of $24.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    - Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
  • Is my information secured?
    - Yes we provide SSL to our site

    How do your sizes run?
    - Our product do run true to size, but for sizing specifications please refer to the size chart.

    What is your clothing made from?
    - Please see each item for specific materials, but most of our activewear are made with a very soft, stretchy spandex, nylon blend.
    Who designs your dancewear?
    - My mother and I design all our lovely products
  • Does your activewear need to be dry cleaned?
    - No, please see our "Wash Instructions" listed on every product description.
  • What if my item is faulty?
    - If an item is faulty please email with a picture of defect along with a description of the issue encountered.
  • An item say's sold out will you be restocking?
    - Most of our products are limited edition which sometimes mean no restocking.

  • How long will it take to receive my item
    - All items are ready to ship when your order is placed, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing, for domestic delivery, allow 3-10 business days until receipt, and for international shipping, please allow up to three weeks. If you need something on a specific day no worries we can help! Send us an email
  • When will my order ship?
    - We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to process your order as quickly as possible usually we ship off packages within 3-5 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment, so you can track the order status. If you need an item within a certain day please feel free to send me an email. Once we ship your item, it will get there in about this long:
    • - United States: We use First Class shipping and your lovely package should arrive in 3-10 business days once shipped depending on where our package is being shipped.
    • - International: Standard International: This goes through USPS and does not include tracking. Your package should appear in about 1 to 4 weeks after we ship it, but can take up to 6 weeks or longer due to international delay.
    • - Priority Mail: Costs a bit more, but it is fast and fully trackable. Your stuff will arrive in about 4-7 working days once shipped. USPS usually deliver between the hours of 9am-5pm and will request a signature. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick your parcel up.
    • - Duties/Customs fees: Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. USPS may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order.
  • Do you ship world-wide?
    - Yes! Of course! International shipping starts at a flat rate of $18.00 for the first item. ($13.00 to Canada) and all sales are final. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT OR CUSTOMS FEES THAT MAY APPLY.
  • What if I received the wrong product?
    - If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange an exchange with you.
  • What if my order never arrived?
    - Myx Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Refunds are not issued by this Myx Couture on lost packages. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact us for assistance.
    • sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    What is the return policy?
    - All sales are final no returns. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise and custom orders. If there is a size issue the exchange can only be in the same style for different size.
  • How do I exchange my order?
    - We strive to provide the best product and experience possible. However, just like you, we like to shop and know that sometimes an item just doesn’t work out the way we hoped. That’s why exchanges are always welcome, but customers must pay for shipping postage to ship it back to Myx Couture. And we will pay for shipping to send off your new package.
      Please follow these steps to exchange your order by mail:

    • - Note the following details on your packing slip: Circle the item(s) that you’re including in your shipment. For each item, circle that you wish to “make an exchange”
    • - For exchanges, please note the item size that you would like to make the exchange for, Please pack your shipment securely, in the original package, and include your original packing slip.

    • - There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise and custom orders. When will my return credit appear on my account?
