Please read this policy before ordering
• All orders will be (First Class Standard Mail: Delivery within 3-10 business day) only in US.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or due to incorrect shipping addresses.
• Once shipped, MYX COUTURE is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. No exceptions.
• Once your package leaves the U.S Postal service, we are not liable for your package. We try our best to ship your items within 1-2 days after order. If your package said "DELIVERED" on our tracking info, no replacements will be made for the package if you did not received it. Please do not ask for a refund. Please call USPS for missing packages.
Shipment & Address Change
We aim to ship the day of the purchase (unless described differently in item description), for this reason we will use the addresses provided to us on the invoice. Please be sure to verify your address because we do not take responsibility for any returned packages with a failed delivery, multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or package refusal.
• We will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation.
• Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
• If you want the package by a certain day/certain occasion please leave us a note after purchase, we will do our best to ship it as soon as possible! No guarantee unless we discuss it.
