Refunds and Exchanges
As a small business, we do our best to bring our customers the best products and services possible. We put in a lot of effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed, (unless described differently in item description), as well as invest in high quality materials and time to create these pieces. Because of the resources and time we take to get your products to you:
- All sales are final, no refunds or returns are available.
- Order cancellations, additions to your order, or item swaps are unavailable once an order is placed within 24 hours as we try to ship the same day.
- We do not accept returns on any item unless there is a defect in the production of that item. An exchange will be issued for that item but no refund.
All articles of clothing are sewn by us. Every seam is checked by us personally before sending it to you. We cannot be held responsible for a popped seam or item being damaged during wear. How you care for your purchases is up to you. Please do not ask for returns after items are worn. If your item is damaged before wear or you received the wrong item we are happy to make it right. To replace a damaged item or incorrect item:
- This must be within 5 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
- Send us an email with your order number and image of the item to verify the item is in fact damaged.
- If the original item you ordered is unavailable we can issue you a store credit of equal value. These items are non-refundable. If there does seem to be other issues, we'd be happy to help resolve it.
If an item does not fit to your liking, no problem! We will gladly accept an exchange with the same style, same color for a different size only. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Please follow these steps to exchange your order by mail:
- Email email@example.com and we will send you more info
- Note the following details on your packing slip: Circle the item(s) that you're including in your shipment. For each item, circle that you wish to make an exchange.
- For exchanges, please note the item size that you would like to make the exchange for, Please pack your shipment securely, in the original package, and include your original packing slip.
- Go to your local post office ship it first class. Then email us the tracking # then we will ship off your new item after receiving your package. Please send all shipments to the following address:

- There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise and custom orders.
Please place the package inside another shipping bag or box. For faster service we suggest you to track you returns. It's also faster if you use USPS PRIORITY MAIL. You are responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly, simply email us and we will make arrangements for return shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and to receive your refund. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss what size you would prefer and where to return your item.
All items must be unworn and in their original resealable packaging with tags attached. Laundered items cannot be returned. Please place the package inside another shipping bag or box. Please do not let the package gets destroyed because the product will not be accepted for return.
* If there are any signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks, we will ship the package back and you may be subjected to additional shipping costs.
